EPS CNC cutting machine workflow

EPS CNC cutting machine adopts advanced computer graphics and CNC technology, set control, automatic programming in one of the high-speed foam molding cutting equipment. Workflow of EPS CNC cutting machine:

1. EPS foam cutting machine is a combination of graphics (vertical lines and hot wire racks of upper and lower resistance lines) by controlling the synchronized operation of X-axis and Y-axis, and cutting various shapes of foam products using resistance lines. Its movement route is to control the running trajectory of X-axis and Y-axis by automatically sending out pulse signals using computer-programmed graphics;

2. There are two ways to input the product graphics into the computer: directly using the use of CAD electronic board drawings to convert the format or computer wire cutting software drawings into the computer;
3. Single-line CNC profiling cutting machine is suitable for cutting products with large volume or small quantity; Multi-wire CNC profiling cutting machine is suitable for cutting products with small volume or large quantity. Resistance wire cutting system can use up to 20 resistance wires at the same time. After the graphic is entered into the computer, all resistance wires can run smoothly and cut up to 20 complex 2D shapes at a time.
